The age-old question: company or trust?
In recent years the question has only gotten harder to answer. With the complexity surrounding the taxation of trusts, Division 7A, and the base rate entity system, now is an important time to get up to speed on the best way to structure your new (or existing) business.
While there is no right answer, as a firm, we are leaning towards a company structure for the simplicity and transparency it will provide to new business owners.
