Michael Hart joined Cleary Hoare Solicitors in 1990. Since admission as a solicitor in 1969, Michael has practised extensively in trust law, tax law, stamp duty law, structures, superannuation, estate planning and asset protection. He is a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia.
Michael was a senior principal at a major law firm in Rockhampton for 15 years where he gained significant experience in dealing with the legal issues faced by primary producers and regional business operators.
