Domenic is a Principal at Cleary Hoare Solicitors. He joined the firm in 1996 after practising for 8 years as a Chartered Accountant. By utilising his experience in both accounting and taxation law, Domenic has developed an expertise in the more technical aspects of direct and indirect taxation including Capital Gains Tax and GST, bankruptcy law and business structures, in addition to the regulatory requirements of self-managed superannuation funds. Within this field Domenic has the unique ability to apply the highly technical aspects of the law into solutions for clients. He drives the Cleary Hoare's research and development program and is responsible for a large percentage of the firm's new solutions for business owners and their families. |
