When your goals have been identified, we will always be able to quickly determine whether we can assist; on the spot. If we can provide a solution to meet your needs, it can be outlined immediately, costs and benefits explained; to put you in a position where you can determine what happens next. We will provide you with a fixed fee quote for the work we will undertake, thereby taking away any nasty surprises or add ons at the end of the process.

You will be dealing with a senior solicitor who is directly responsible for your matters. We strongly encourage the participation of your accountant or financial planner in the preparation of your plans and formulation of our advice. At Cleary Hoare, we do not charge you for the initial contact with us.
